Fine asparagus spears, trimmed

Garlic EVOO

small handful of basil leaves

slices
prosciutto slices, sliced finely
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place asparagus in a roasting pan and drizzle with Olive Oil
Season with salt and pepper
Gently stir to coat in the oil and spread out evenly
Lay the slices of prosciutto on top of the asparagus and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the prosciutto is crisp and the asparagus is tender
Serve immediately
