Ingredients

fresh summer peach cut into 8 slices

goat cheese

slices
prosciutto each cut in half lenghtwise
8
basil leaves
1/4
cup
Mango Coconut Balsamic vinegar*
Instructions
Place the balsamic in a small dipping bowl and set aside
Place one tsp of goat cheese on the side of a peach slice
Top coat cheese with basil leaf then wrap a slice of the prosciutto around the peach and place on a serving tray
Continue with all 8 peach slices
Drizzle with Coconut Balsamic over the peaches and serve
