all purpose flour

baking powder

white sugar

salt

tsp
baking soda
1
egg slightly beaten
2
cups
buttermilk
1/4

Rosemary EVOO
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9x5 loaf pan
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and baking soda
Blend egg and buttermilk together and add all at once into the flour mixture
Mix until just moistened
Stir in Rosemary EVOO and pour into prepared pan
Bake 65-70 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
Cool on a wire rack
Wrap in foil for several hours or overnight for best flavor
