Basil EVOO*

Turbinado sugar

Garlic, finely chopped

cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
Instructions
Place green beans in a Dutch oven, add water and 1 tsp salt
Bring to. boil, cover, reduce heat for 10 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside
In a saucepan, mix the EVOO, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper, then add the tomatoes, cooking just until heated through
Pour tomato mixture over the beans and gently toss. Serve hot
