Ingredients
  

  • 1 English cucumber sliced about 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/4 seedless watermelon cubed
  • Peach Balsamic Vinegar*
  • Toothpicks

Instructions
 

  • Slice the cucumber and set it on a tray
  • Add a piece of watermelon to each slice
  • Place a toothpick in each appetizer
  • Drizzle with Peach Balsamic and serve
  • You determine how many slices of cucumber by the number of guests. This recipe can make a large quantity if needed
  • If made ahead, chill without the vinegar and drizzle just before serving
