Crispy Bar Treats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Vanilla EVOO
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 oz marshmallows
  • 6 cup crispy rice cereal

Instructions
 

  • Coat 9 x 13 pan with EVOO Spray
  • In a large pot heat olive oil on medium
  • Add marshmallows. Stir until melted.
  • Remove from heat
  • Add vanilla extract
  • Fold in cereal and stir until completely coated
  • Pour into pan
  • Press down evenly. Cool and cut to enjoy.
