Cheesy Corn Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Spicy Corn Relist LTO
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 loaf French Bread,soft, not too crisp
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • Drizzle of Seasoned Greek Balsamic LTO

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • In a small bowl, mix Corn Relish, cheese, mayonnaise and garlic salt
  • Slice bread into 1/4 inch slices. Place slices on a cookie sheet
  • Top each slice with a spoonful of cheese and relish mixture
  • Bake until bubbly and brown - approximately 8 minutes
  • Optional: Add chopped crabmeat or chicken
