Ingredients

chopped yellow onion

freshly squeezed orange juice

Tangerine Puree'vino Vinegar

light brown sugar, lightly packed

Himalayan Pink Sea Salt

Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and diced 1/2 inch

Golden raisins and dried cranberries, mixed
Instructions
Combine onion, orange juice, Puree'vino vinegar, brown sugar and salt in a medium sauce pan
Add apples as you chop them to keep them from turning brown
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally
Reduce heat and simmer for 50-60 minutes, stirring occasionally until most of the liquid has evaporated
Stir in raisins and cranberries
Serve arm, at room temperature, or cold
