Yukon Truffle Mash
Ingredients
- 3 pound Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 oz butter
- 2 TBSP Truffle EVOO
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- Truffle Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook potatoes until soft
- Melt butter and cream
- Place potatoes in a bowl/mixer bowl
- Add Truffle oil and pepper
- Whip until smooth
- Drizzle Truffle EVOO lightly over the top
- Serve
