Ingredients
  

  • 3 pound Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 oz butter
  • 2 TBSP Truffle EVOO
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • Truffle Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook potatoes until soft
  • Melt butter and cream
  • Place potatoes in a bowl/mixer bowl
  • Add Truffle oil and pepper
  • Whip until smooth
  • Drizzle Truffle EVOO lightly over the top
  • Serve
