Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- bunch Asparagus
- 3 TBSP Sesame Oil
- 3 TBSP Aged Balsamic
- 3 TBSP Maruso Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Pine Nuts
- Miso Food Crayon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Wash asparagus and cut off the bottom of each spear
- Spread asparagus in a baking dish in a single layer and pat dry
- Drizzle with Sesame Oil, Aged Balsamic vinegar and soy sauce
- Roast asparagus for 15-20 minutes
- Place on a serving dish
- Sprinkle with pine nuts
- Garnish with Miso Food Crayon over the top
