Roast Asparagus with Crispy Prosciutto
Ingredients
- 12 oz Fine asparagus spears, trimmed
- 21 TBSP Garlic EVOO
- 1 small handful of basil leaves
- 4 slices prosciutto slices, sliced finely
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place asparagus in a roasting pan and drizzle with Olive Oil
- Season with salt and pepper
- Gently stir to coat in the oil and spread out evenly
- Lay the slices of prosciutto on top of the asparagus and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the prosciutto is crisp and the asparagus is tender
- Serve immediately
