Roast Asparagus with Crispy Prosciutto

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Fine asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 21 TBSP Garlic EVOO
  • 1 small handful of basil leaves
  • 4 slices prosciutto slices, sliced finely
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Place asparagus in a roasting pan and drizzle with Olive Oil
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Gently stir to coat in the oil and spread out evenly
  • Lay the slices of prosciutto on top of the asparagus and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the prosciutto is crisp and the asparagus is tender
  • Serve immediately
