Soak 24 bamboo cocktail skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning
Slice meat thinly and evenly into 3" strips
Weave strips onto skewers
Combine vinegar, sauces, garlic and brown sugar and place in a glass or ceramic dish
Add satays, turning them in the mixture to coat
Allow to marinate 30 minutes, turning occasionally
Remove frill pan and heat grill on high
Place satays on cold grill pan (to prevent them from sticking during cooking)
Cook under grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with remaining marinade
