Mini Beef Satays

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pound lean rump, boneless blade or topside steak
  • 3 TBSP Aged White Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Maruso Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Asian Grilling Marinade
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 TBSP Brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Soak 24 bamboo cocktail skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning
  • Slice meat thinly and evenly into 3" strips
  • Weave strips onto skewers
  • Combine vinegar, sauces, garlic and brown sugar and place in a glass or ceramic dish
  • Add satays, turning them in the mixture to coat
  • Allow to marinate 30 minutes, turning occasionally
  • Remove frill pan and heat grill on high
  • Place satays on cold grill pan (to prevent them from sticking during cooking)
  • Cook under grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with remaining marinade
