Lemon Marinated Goat cheese with Fruit
Ingredients
- 1 log of Goat cheese or cream cheese
- 4 TBSP Lemon EVOO*
- 3 TBSP Raspberry, Cherry, Blueberry Balsamic (or your favorite)
- Fresh fruit – strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, pineapple – your choice mixed to surround the cheese
Instructions
- Place the cheese in a resealable bag, drizzle 3 TBSP Lemon EVOO over it and seal
- Allow to marinate for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally
- Remove, place on the counter for another hour before serving
- Cut up the fruit to bite sized
- Place the full cheese in the center of the plate and surround with fruit
- Drizzle all with remaining EVOO and your choice of Balsamic Vinegar
- Serve with crackers
