Lemon Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- Lemon EVOO
- 3 TBSP Lemon Balsamic
- Whipping Cream
- Lemon Food Crayon
Instructions
- Prepare cake mix as directed on the box substituting the vegetable oil for 1/2 of the amount of Lemon EVOO
- Add 3 TBSP Lemon Balsamic to the batter and then bake as directed
- After cooled, just before serving, top with whipping cream in which 2 TBSP of Lemon Balsamic has been folded in
- Cut pieces and top with shaved Lemon Food Crayon
