Ingredients
  

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • Lemon EVOO
  • 3 TBSP Lemon Balsamic
  • Whipping Cream
  • Lemon Food Crayon

Instructions
 

  • Prepare cake mix as directed on the box substituting the vegetable oil for 1/2 of the amount of Lemon EVOO
  • Add 3 TBSP Lemon Balsamic to the batter and then bake as directed
  • After cooled, just before serving, top with whipping cream in which 2 TBSP of Lemon Balsamic has been folded in
  • Cut pieces and top with shaved Lemon Food Crayon
