Ingredients
  

  • 4 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 English cucumber, coarsely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pitted, Kalamata olives
  • 5 oz Feta cheese
  • 2 TBSP Primaiolo EVOO
  • 2 TBSP Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fresh oregano

Instructions
 

  • Combine tomato, cucumber, onion, olives and feta in a large bowl
  • Place remaining ingredients in a screw top jar; shake well
  • Drizzle dressing over salad
