Easy Broccoli Slaw Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Orange EVOO
  • 1/3 cup Aged white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp White sugar
  • 2 3oz pkg Chicken ramen noodles, broken
  • 10 oz Broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 3/4 cup Sliced almonds
  • 3/4 cup Golden raisins optional
  • 1/2 cup Sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup Chopped green bell pepper

Instructions
 

  • Whisk EVOO, balsamic vinegar, and ramen noodles seasoning packets together in a bowl
  • Combine broccoli slaw mix, broekn ramen noodles, almonds, raisins, green onions and green bell pepper together ina bowl; fold in dressing
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours
  • Stir again before serving
