Crispy Bar Treats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Vanilla EVOO
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz marshmallows
- 6 cup crispy rice cereal
Instructions
- Coat 9 x 13 pan with EVOO Spray
- In a large pot heat olive oil on medium
- Add marshmallows. Stir until melted.
- Remove from heat
- Add vanilla extract
- Fold in cereal and stir until completely coated
- Pour into pan
- Press down evenly. Cool and cut to enjoy.
