Corn on the Cob with EVOO, Parmesan and Lemon

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBSP Sweet Cream Butter EVOO
  • 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • Salt – a good Pinch
  • 4 Shucked and cooked cobs of corn, hot
  • Lemon Garlic Aioli to drizzle

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, use a fork to combine and mash together the parmesan cheese, EVOO, lemon juice and salt
  • Drizzle it over the hot corn
  • Drizzle with Lemon Garlic Aioli
