Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Spinach
  • 2 oz Kale
  • 2 oz Baby Bok Choy
  • 1 medium Pomegranate (½ Cup of seeds)
  • c Dried or Fresh Blueberries
  • c Dried Cranberries
  • 1 c Red Grapes (Cut in Half)
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1-2 tbsp Orange EVOO

Instructions
 

  • Chop greens finely
  • Seed pomegranate
  • Cut grapes in half
  • Put greens in a bowl or on a platter
  • Top with pomegranate seeds, blueberries, dried cranberries, grapes & pumpkin seeds
  • Drizzle with Aged Balsamic & Orange EVOO
  • Serve chilled
