Cheesy Corn Toast
Ingredients
- 1 cup Spicy Corn Relist LTO
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 loaf French Bread,soft, not too crisp
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- Drizzle of Seasoned Greek Balsamic LTO
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In a small bowl, mix Corn Relish, cheese, mayonnaise and garlic salt
- Slice bread into 1/4 inch slices. Place slices on a cookie sheet
- Top each slice with a spoonful of cheese and relish mixture
- Bake until bubbly and brown – approximately 8 minutes
- Optional: Add chopped crabmeat or chicken
