In bowl, whisk together Aged White Balsamic, Fior Fiore EVOO, paprika, pepper, salt, garlic powder and honey
Add chicken to marinade and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight is best)
While chicken is marinating, prepare salsa – combine pineapple, pepper, tomatoes, onion, pepper, EVOO and salt
Cook chicken on high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, turning frequently, until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving
Serve the chicken with salsa over salad or rice
