Caramelized Onion Glazed Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup toasted plain breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 TBSP Rosemary EVOO
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 2 tsp LTO Tuscan Bread dipping seasoning
- 1 TBSP Maruso Soy sauce
- LTO Caramelized Onion Jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Lightly grease a loaf pan with olive oil, set aside
- Drizzle olive oil in a pan and saute diced onions over medium heat until translucent
- Mix onions and all remaining ingredients, press into loaf pan
- Bake for 45 minutes
- Brush top with the desired amount of Onion Jam
- Continue to cook for 10-15 minutes
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes and gravy
