Caramelized Onion Glazed Meatloaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup toasted plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 TBSP Rosemary EVOO
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp LTO Tuscan Bread dipping seasoning
  • 1 TBSP Maruso Soy sauce
  • LTO Caramelized Onion Jam

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Lightly grease a loaf pan with olive oil, set aside
  • Drizzle olive oil in a pan and saute diced onions over medium heat until translucent
  • Mix onions and all remaining ingredients, press into loaf pan
  • Bake for 45 minutes
  • Brush top with the desired amount of Onion Jam
  • Continue to cook for 10-15 minutes
  • Serve hot with mashed potatoes and gravy
