In a medium sized container with a lid, place maple balsamic, olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic and corn relish. Whisk together.
Add broccoli, green onion and dried cranberries
Close the lid and give the container a good shake
Place in refrigerator for a least an hour before serving, shaking the container periodically
To serve, top with nuts or seeds
Garnish with shallot Food Crayon
Optional: You can keep this salad simple or add some other vegetables or fruit: radish, red cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, fresh green peas, green apple, etc
