Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 baking dish with olive oil spray
Roll out the crescent dough and press into an approximately 13×18" rectangle
Mix together the garlic EVOO, mustard and Aged Balsamic
Brush mixture onto the crescent roll
Top with one layer of ham and then one layer of Swiss cheese
Starting down the long side, roll the dough up tightly, pinch the ends together and place with seam facing down
Cut into 12 even pieces and drizzle with Garlic EVOO
Place the cut pieces on your baking dish, evenly spaced
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until lightly browned
Serve with Bacon Aioli as a dip
