Cheesy Garlic Tater Tot Bake
Ingredients
- 2 TBSP Sweet Cream Butter EVOO
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Large Eggs
- 24 OZ Frozen Tater Tots
- 1/2 Cup Smoky Bacon Garlic Dip Or Smoky Garlic Mozzarella Dip
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 425 degrees and grease the bottom and sides of a Bundt pan
- Combine EVOO, Parmesan, Mozzarella, eggs and Dip in a large mixing bowl. Toss in tater tots until coated – you may need to work in batches depending on your bowl size
- Pour the tots in the Bundt pan, packing them in so they'll stick together. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tots are crispy. Cool for 10-15 minutes before removing tots from the pan.
