Baked Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 7 oz each)
- 1/8 cup Truffle EVOO*
- 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
- 3/4 tsp Black Garlic Sea Salt*
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Ground mustard
- Dash of white pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into 1/8 inch slices
- In a large bowl, combine seasonings and olive oil.
- Add potatoes and coat well
- Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer
- Bake uncovered at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, turning several times for even roasting
- Makes approximately 5 dozen chips
