Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 7 oz each)
  • 1/8 cup Truffle EVOO*
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 3/4 tsp Black Garlic Sea Salt*
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Ground mustard
  • Dash of white pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut potatoes into 1/8 inch slices
  • In a large bowl, combine seasonings and olive oil.
  • Add potatoes and coat well
  • Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer
  • Bake uncovered at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, turning several times for even roasting
  • Makes approximately 5 dozen chips
