Cucumber and Watermelon Appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber sliced about 1/4 inch thick
- 1/4 seedless watermelon cubed
- Peach Balsamic Vinegar*
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber and set it on a tray
- Add a piece of watermelon to each slice
- Place a toothpick in each appetizer
- Drizzle with Peach Balsamic and serve
- You determine how many slices of cucumber by the number of guests. This recipe can make a large quantity if needed
- If made ahead, chill without the vinegar and drizzle just before serving
