Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Tangerine Puree'vino Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
  • 3-4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and diced 1/2 inch
  • 3/4 cup Golden raisins and dried cranberries, mixed

Instructions
 

  • Combine onion, orange juice, Puree'vino vinegar, brown sugar and salt in a medium sauce pan
  • Add apples as you chop them to keep them from turning brown
  • Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 50-60 minutes, stirring occasionally until most of the liquid has evaporated
  • Stir in raisins and cranberries
  • Serve arm, at room temperature, or cold
