Corn on the Cob with EVOO, Parmesan and Lemon
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 TBSP Sweet Cream Butter EVOO
- 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
- Salt – a good Pinch
- 4 Shucked and cooked cobs of corn, hot
- Lemon Garlic Aioli to drizzle
Instructions
- In a small bowl, use a fork to combine and mash together the parmesan cheese, EVOO, lemon juice and salt
- Drizzle it over the hot corn
- Drizzle with Lemon Garlic Aioli
